Had this for about 5 years now. Only diagnosed last year and have been having very frequent attacks ever since with only a couple moths off. Saw oto again today. Did the diet, pee pills, amd anti dizzy pills. Now scheduled for prednisone shots in inner ear. Doc wants to give me 6 over the next 30 days. Have not seen anyone else who does this. Looking also at sac decompression. Can use some input please. Almost ready to leave work on medical as I have attacks driving so getting a bit desperate. Thanks.

If you search he website many people have gotten the steroid injections; however, many have tried anti-viral medicine first since it is less intrusive. Many have gotten relief from it. I was on monolauren and my doctor just agreed to the anti-viral!!! Happy to say. Monolaren is a natural supplement known to kill viruses. Vicky, who is on this site, has a link to the study that identifies a virus as the culprit for Meniere's. It doesn't work for everyone, but a lot or people have gotten relief. My next step is the steriod shots too.

Good luck. BTW there are so many more informed people than me here. I am sure they will help.
