JOH = John of Ohio's regimen that you can find at meieresfoundation.org
I hope that your Dr. can help relieve your symptoms.
I've been on this site for about a year and have received much support and info. I appreciate that people here are not motivated by profit as selling is not permitted here.
My best to you all and thanks.

For over a year now I've been taking a prescription antiviral and trying to stay on a low sodium diet. Most days I've been compliant. I don't drink alchohol or coffee. I haven't had a vertigo episode in 9 or 10 months so most of the time I'm happy that I'm not that sick any more. I have had dizziness, fell last month and broke my arm. Although it's been an adjustment I'm thankful that I didn't break my neck. I believe falling can be the most dangerous part of this disease. This is one good reason to get help for this disease/ disorder/ syndrome. Some on this site have eliminated/ decreased their symptoms with JOH.
I try to eat more nutritiously, mostly whole grains, fruits and vegetables, eggs and (approximately 2 ounces ) small portions of meat or fish. I pray and meditate almost every day. I try to get fresh air, sunshine and exercise each day. I believe all of these make my lifestyle more healthy.
    My best to all. :)
