A day of getting things done. A family dinner including the Newlyweds and sitting back watching the interactions of my family thinking, "I made this, this is good." Now snuggling down with a book before I fall asleep being grateful for all of the good things in my life. The heats coming up, the blankets warm, the bed cozy, it doesn't get better than this.
Watching daughter play with kitties with a Peacock feather. Their eyes are messed up but their energy level is great.
Finishing the bookcase and sending out extras to a friend in Georgia. She'll be very surprised. A feeling of accomplishment!
Samantha Cristoforetti, an ESA astronaut, just took an amazing photograph of Cyclone Bansi while safely free falling aboard ISS. This time, Bansi's eye lit by lightning. Incredible shot, Sam!
