I used Betahistine for 4 years with great success, now I run out of it and can't get a doctor to prescribe me the medication in the US. It has been a few weeks and I had 5 vertigo attacks. I have been trying some protocols from the forums, but they haven't worked yet. If you know a doctor that would prescribe Betahistine and is accessible through telemedicine, it would be fantastic. Any other ideas are welcome too. Thanks!
You can try asking all your friends, family and acquaintances if they have a doctor friend, it is quite rare that nowadays nobody does not have a friend who works as a doctor. You ask him to write you the prescription, betahistine is not a drug to get high or dangerous. Another alternative, I don't know if they can in the US; but here vets can prescribe drugs (supposedly to use in animals of course), if you know any you can ask if you can write a prescription for betahistine.
