Two weeks and two days later...I feel like I am making great progress. Still dizzy but more stable on my feet and able to do more. Started vestibular rehab on Monday and have another session tomorrow. She showed me the Nystagmus, a vision condition in which the eyes make repetitive, uncontrolled movements...mine more side to side. I knew I felt the movement but watching it on video was awesome! She too felt I was making great progress already. Exercises at home 5 times daily each one. Still not comfortable lying on my bad ear following surgery. Scar looks good. Draining from my ear canal when I go from lying to sitting during the night or morning. Surgeon said my eardrum is still slightly perforated from the steroid injections last year. I guess the hole did not close all the way. It was a bloody drainage but now more yellowish in color. No signs of infection, so I think it is about to stop draining. Walking outside daily but staying in driveway or yard. Eating what I want and enjoying it tremendously. Thanking God daily for progress. Luis...I hope you are doing well and think of you often. Hang in there and keep us posted.

    Hello Blaketh,

I’m a new member, but have been reading through the forums since early last summer. I’ve been struggling with Menier’s since October 2021.

The reason I didn’t join sooner was because I didn’t feel I had anything constructive to contribute.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your Laby. You helped me to get pull myself together and schedule mine.

Just checking up with you. How are you doing?
