I have been taking 3000 mg of lysine daily for over 6 months plus some other components of JOH plus Serc and a diuretic. I've been having so many excellent days that I don't really know which drug to credit them for. Three days ago I ran out of lysine and decided to see what would happen if I didn't take them. Things have not been great. I've had one vertigo attack and many moments of dizziness. Could this be due to only three days off of lysine? Has anyone else had a sudden downturn after stopping lysine for such a short amount of time?

Oh yes, that is normal. They are not a cure. You can't stop for even a few days. I'd get back on asap and hit high dose for a week or so to beat back the virus.
