RANT!

okay so 15 minutes ago I get a letter in my inbox on the NY health exchange, stating my health insurance is terminated as of Dec 31, 2014! (in 6 days!!!)
No explanation why, nothing, just how to appeal if I choose to.

So they send this notification to me on Christmas Day, and ofc they are closed, so no way to find out wtf is going on. Merry Christmas to me grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

2 weeks ago I get a letter saying Congratulations your health insurance from the NY Exchange has been approved and renewed. So I pay my January 2015 premium as instructed, it shows on my health insurance site everything is renewed for 2015, my check cleared and I owe 0.00 for January 2015.

I am so upset! :'(

 

nope they said its terminated for good.

Thank guys, I did, and BD was right OMG they need to change their wording. I am good to go for 2015.
