Is there a brand of ear plugs or head phone type of hearing protection that someone can recommend? Can an audiologist custom make a pair of ear plugs? I wear 3M brand of head phones when running a lawnmower (battery powered one is much quieter), vacuuming, power saw or Vitamix. They don't fit snugly and have gaps, but do an okay job. Otherwise the tinnitus gets much worse and often brings on dizziness. I am also considering a new vacuum. Any recommendations for a quiet one? The Oreck XL is really loud.
