I recently started on Reconnect by Institute for Vibral Living. There is a bunch of research out there on many many success stories for hearing loss. I decided to give it a try and my hearing loss in my good ear (had VNS last year on bad ear) has gone from 90% percent back to 100% at my last hearing test at a Meniere's specialist here in Orlando Fl. I shared the information with the Dr and wanted to pass it along here. I was very skeptical about it at first but in under a month it started working. Nicole, Orlando FL
I was looking for reviews of that product and came across this, its from 2012 but Uh oh. http://oag.ca.gov/system/files/prop65/notices/2012-00791.pdf I cant copy and paste for me the entire pdf appears to be an image but that product Reconnect contains or contained lead along with other products that company makes and has been in violation everyday since its been on the market from 2009. I don't know what happened after 2012 but it would be in your best interest to know if anyone is taking it.
What do you mean by 90% and 100% ? This is not a normal audiogram measure. Do you mean speech discrimination? Mine varies back and forth from 96% to 100% all the time. That is only the difference of one word heard or missed.
