Well, this new hearing device that sends sound (from whatever it's pointing to--like TV, radio, stereo, etc.--directly to my hearing aids and I can actually hear it alot better--seemed to cause something 'new today'!

I used it to listen to CD's before heading to church--and the music was actually 'audible' and clearer than it's been in a long time. When you switch the hearing aids to the program for the 'device', it blocks out other sound--or the sound is muffled, but I use it for TV and now to listen to music.

Then when I put the hearing aids back on the programs for just regular listening---things were not clear and it's been hard to hear clearly all day. At church, out to eat in a restaurant, and now at home, just using the hearing aids, not the device.

And my head feels 'so heavy' and a roaring sound going on. I can't help but wonder if the ears were 'shocked' to have sound that loud and clear that it's caused this? Hoping a few hours of just the hearing aids will allow things to go back to where they were.

    Anyone here have this happen?
