I thought this was going to be about the drink of the same name or shots of the same name. YUMMY This goes beyond what is acceptable for public behavior, however, the sentence for a first time offender is quite severe.

They most definitely deserve some punishment, but not the "full boat". Poking on a beach in full daylight, and with kids running around is just not cool..period. Those two need to be publicly shamed and made to understand that there are some things ya just don't do. Fair2..be sure ya being a good blanket...sand is not your friend when it invades private spaces...and no, I won't share how I happen to know that information.
I don't ever have to worry about this happening to me. The last piece of ass I got was when my finger went through the toilet paper. The only thing I get on the beach is a sunbûrn!!!
Wow I agree they were way out of line having sex on a public beach while children were around but a possible 15 year sentence and having to register as sex offenders sounds a little harsh to me especially for the girlfriend who had no prior criminal record. I don't think they should get a mere slap on the wrist but this seems like a bit of overkill to me. Just my ever so humble opinion of course.
