Is this a patent application for the european union? Was the patent granted? Does it extend or is it honored in other countries?

I have a hard time finding any claims or trials backing them up but i did not read every word.it all does sound very familiar though.

If this is a patent application, is that just throwing in everything including the kitchen sink so these people have first claim if in fact it does happen to work for any of the listed items rather than actually claiming to know that it does work for them?

The question I have is do cows get endolymphatic hydrops? If they do not is it because they have developed the antibodies to detect and fight whatever causes it? And can this immunity be transferred to humans through their colostrum or first milking.

Thank you for posting this Vicki, more reading and research for the holidays.

There are many more patents than useful products. I wonder what trials have been done.

there must have been trials probably under a different title than the patent but probably easy to find..I will check pubmed under the inventors names

Let us know. I don't think a patent requires any trials at all.

And it does seem obscenely unfair to the cow that a human can patent this but that is the law for you.

Well at least for those who want to try this, we know of multiple sources now. I still wonder if it makes sense for a human to take on an extended basis something that nature intended for only a day or two and for an infant calf at that.

I put it in the category of hormone replacement therapy. First it seemed like a wonder drug for women. Stay young forever, less chance of alzheimers. It was all good. Then it turned out it did increase risk of cancer. The dr told me, it's ok for a short time, the problems usually come with long term use.

I did look over the pdf. I am afraid my body has even less in common with a world class athlete than a calf. I just cannot relate my experience to these people. ;D

lol well it said more than that but Im sure you read it through. It has been around and used for 100's of years its not new. But I would like long term safety studies before I try it for sure
