    Cups of tea
    Diet fizzy drinks
    Energy drinks

full sugar fizzy drinks are fine so its not simply caffine

anyone know why? Even one sip of tea makes me feel odd

I normally have green decaf tea in the morning.
    No sugar.

But what I found is that it's really difficult to understand what is trigger and what is not.
It's really difficult to separate all factors, there are so many... How do we know it's not a combination of effects? Maybe the same breakfast will trigger differently depending on the previous evening dinner

Hot tub. I stayed in a hotel with my family and swam in the pool. Then sat in the hot tub for a bit and within one minute was feeling “weird”. Went up to the room and had a bad episode of vertigo. Anyone had that?
