Hiya I hoep you dont mind me posting. Ive recently been diagnosed with mav but i have 1 symptom which (to me) sounds similar to mm so i was hoping for any input,to hopefully ease my mind From what ive read online it says that mm causes these kinds of symptoms?? Its happened twice now where suddenly my right ear will have a massive increase in my tinnitus (crazy loud)& then that ear will feel suddenly incredbly full,this has lasted for several hours.During these episodes my head feels like its going to explode with pressure,tingles and pulses & hearing amy sound vibrates my entire head and makes me feel dizzy. Aural fullness, loud tinnitus, are symptoms of MAV too, but the pressure and tingles in your head are MAV symptoms. Is the loud tinnitus is high pitched?
Its mid range/low,but after a hour or so it chnages to a higher pitch and then it goes into both ears.
