Does anyone have swelling under their ear behind the jaw, there might be a pulsating too. Kind of along where the eustaion tube is.
I get that during the winter when it happens to me its a clogged salivary gland. It hurts like hell. If that's what you have (ofc I don't know for sure), drink a lot of water, warm compresses and then gently massage it. Also see an ENT to make sure a stone isn't clogging the gland.
If it is blocked salivary gland I think you can suck a lemon and the acid will help unclog the gland? Couldn't hurt to try...
Ivé read that too to suck on a lemon candy or drink something sour but my ENT told me not to it can make it worse.
