Sometimes when I have no symptoms. No vertigo. No hearing fluctuation. Nothing other than my normal hearing issues, I can "feel" it there in my ear. If I tilt my head to the right? No problems. If I tilt my head to the left, I can feel it. Like if I left my head that way too long, I would get a full-on attack. I have to be careful working around the house. When I look under something, I have to make sure I bend to the right so my head doesn't tilt to the left. I've also noticed it when I lay flat on the floor. No tilting either way. Just flat on the floor. No issues sleeping, though (thankfully). Assuming it's b/c the pillow raises my head a little. Or I'm on a mattress, so not completely flat. And I was scared to death the first time I had to get my teeth cleaned after finding out I had Meniere's since they tilt the chair so far back. But oddly, no issues with THAT. Just weird how your position affects you.
