Throwing it out there - Vicks Vaporub

    A co-worker knows about my condition, so he sends me links to tinnitus "cures". He sent me one from youtube that recommends using Vaporub to lower the symptoms of tinnitus. The jury is still out for me (seems a smidge better, but every day is a rollercoaster) but I figured that others might want to try it. At the very least, it makes sense - it does open your breathing passages.

    Sounds like a low risk thing, worth trying! I know sometimes when my symptoms are active I like a lozenge.

    My friend sent me the video. I tried it, helps maybe a tiny bit
    Can't hurt but don't stick it in your ear drum
    Under your nose is safer I think
