Before my diagnosis, I thought maybe leaky gut and autoimmune were to cause for the tinnitus, pressure and vertigo (I had lowly elevated levels of liver enzymes and autoimmune antibodies). So I cut out gluten for about 6 months, and symptoms improved quickly. I also really focused on good sleep and stress management at the same time. I improved and was probably at about 90% for several months. As soon as I took out gluten though, weight MELTED off of me, and also inflammation. My clothes were loose, my face and arms and legs felt like they had the fat (or water retention, i dont know) sucked off of me. And since then I have had a very hard time trying to gain weight. Any tips on gaining weight and muscle on a very clean and limited diet? I do low salt, low sugar, and try to stay away from processed flours, sugar, gluten, seeds oils. My digestion is slow though, so I can“t seem to eat enough to gain.

please consider eating lots of potatos and bananas ! they are so protective and have the healthy plant fats that stableize my weight! plus they are anti-viral naturally.
