hi Muff, my hearing is better since using the device, the tinnitus is always there, but some days it is so light, I almost think it's gone. I still wear hearing aides, but the difference is now they work better! If I am with a person one one one I don't need my hearing aides. I am contemplating trying valacyclovir to see if the hearing will improve more. I was just so ecstatic when the Menniet device stopped the vertigo! When I started the device, the OTO told me to use it 5 times a day in both ears (I have bilateral Meneries) the directions say use 3 times a day, I average between 3 and 5 times a day, except on the days that I work, I only get 3 times a day in. I work 3 twelve hour days a week. I started the device in December. When I got the device, I had 6 weeks to see if it helped, if it wouldn't have, I would have been able to send it back with all my money returned. It was worth it to try it for 6 weeks for me.
