Good luck! For me I had some really weird tinnitus a couple days in and then it got a lot better, so if you have some weird tinnitus know that it is very likely a good thing.

    Good to know, thanx.

    I've been very episodic.
Didn't think to ask Dr how long it should take taking into consideration I've been on acyclovir this whole time I've been episodic.

Take the max dose until you feel better. Cut back as needed.

    a roper.
I woke up feeling ok. Two hours into the day I felt really off-balance so I took a KLonipin and lay down. When I got up I didn't have rotational but I did have positional vertigo. I practiced walking in the yard with my cane and lost balance quite a few times but didn't fall so I guess it helps.
I'm not as fatigued as I was before.
I'm really glad you're having positive effects so soon.

Me? I just have to take it day to day now.

Sorry to hear that. It can definitely get worse before it gets better. Antivirals are weird like that. Stick it out.

    I'm sticking to it.
yesterday morning was pretty bad. But my kids stopped by...I sat most of the time and just took it all in.
Today, yay, no episodes. Just this unrelenting need to sleep.
Staying indoors as it got hot fast and it's humid.

Does the heat affect anyone else?

It wasn't as bad as usual and I got some things accomplished before it hit.
Is that the problem? Am I to do nothing everyday?

It's getting harder and harder to cope.

It is hard Bea, but you just have to keep trying new things or someone suggested to you give the anti-virals more.time. I know.it's tough. It sucks feeling dizzy and vertigo. I keep pursuing things until.I win not the disease. I often think "why me?" But I have accepted this is my lot in life. I have to keep fighting.
