Van Gough had Menieres Disease?!

    Recently found this doing some research on Menieres, Van Gogh had Ménière’s disease?! Some days I wouldn’t mind cutting my ear off either! Lol

    That was pre-otolaryngology, so he did his own surgery

    I believe Van Gogh’s diagnosis is still up for debate. Please see:

    If this is indeed the case, it wouldn’t surprise me if other famous names associated with Ménière’s Disease are also questionable.
