Has anyone experienced vertigo triggered by a common cold? Day three of a cold, the other symptoms are getting better, but starting to experience mild vertigo. Does anyone know if viruses or sinus congestion can be a trigger?

I have heard that sinus congestion can exacerbate Meniere's symptoms but have not experienced it myself.

I just went through that. I had a chest and sinus cold with a cough. I started getting some small vertigo attacks. After a full week the cold is gone but I still have a little cough. Every time I cough I get a little off balance. Best of luck to you.

I just got over my first cold in two years. No issues. Just went to a concert too. Wore an earplug for that though. No issues.
