Today i was feeling slightly dizzy nothing Unusual and my sister send me a link On how to get rid of dizziness/vertigo without meds By placing your head on a 1/2 sombersault position And turning your head toward the bad ear This make me very dizzy and I started vomitting I this coin without ear symptoms? I do have My period as well , feel horrible what anti nausea Meds is recommended . Thank much for advise
that's not for MM that's for BPPV I believe made up by Carol Foster, I wouldn't recommend doing that and if someone has bppv I would recommend the eply not that
Yeah, it could have. You might have something in there that rolled to the wrong place, like a reverse Epley.

If doing the 1/2 somersault caused vertigo, I doubt it was Meniere's vertigo. In addition to Meniere's, you may have BPPV. Not uncommon.
