So at first the vertigo attacks were violent - fast moving spinning sensation that lasted for hours, but I haven't had one of those attacks since December, but what does happen now is a slow spinning, or even just a tilting and floating back and forth, very slow, manageable -
does anyone else have vertigo like this? Not so fast?

Yes, my vertigo is more like a slight hangover. It still wears me out. And can make me feel naseus.

When I was suffering from MM, this was my pattern. The initial vertigo attacks were absolutely off the charts crazy. I remember laying on the floor and not even knowing which way was up. But later, they eased quite a bit. Still awful for sure, but less severe. I don't know, but suspected the initial attacks did so much damage to my vestibular system that it's function was too compromised to reach the severity of the initial attacks. At least that's my theory. :-\

I agree with Michael. My vertigo became daily mini spins. They wore me out mentally and physically!
