Has anyone been given this diagnosis and if so what treatment do you use?

I realize it may be just another name/symptom for MM but wanted to make sure.

My left-to-right super fast vertigo has basically become a frequent dizziness with objects moving slowly and randomly. This causes a low level nausea that rarely results in vomitting but enough to make life pretty miserable.

I have been on Triamterene/HCTZ for more than a decade but recently changed to Acetazolamide. A water pill that is normally used to treat glaucoma by relieving fluid buildup around the eyes.

My oto believes that physical therapy to help my brain regain center balance is my best hope but after doing the exercises for a few weeks not seeing much progress.
    Thanks.
