I'm on the east coast and we're in the middle of a Nor'Easter. My ears are killing me and raging tinnitus.
    No other symptoms.

    Anyone else?

I occasionally get feelings of unsteadiness during storms like this one, but i think, for me, it's more anxiety than anything else.

I'm on the west coast, and we have had extreme weather recently, too. I was just thinking about this. My ear always gets stuffier when a big storm is coming and at the beginning of it. It has been particularly bad this week. I had a discouraging resurgence of dizzies and some sudden extreme brief vertigo episodes (I've been trying to determine if these are what people call drop attacks). I also had some migraines. I believe it was all connected to the weather.

The inner ear is extremely sensitive to changes in air pressure. In fish, the ear is the organ that tells them their depth. I think weather affects most people's symptoms, it did mine.

Ditto ditto. When the weather changes abruptly I get a little more off-kilter than normal.
