There's an old place in town that makes a killer Cheerwine float. If you aren't familiar with Cheerwine, it's a cherry flavored soft drink made in NC. Good stuff.

Waffles, bacon and eggs. I guess I’ll have eggs.

  11. That’s funny. I was craving eggs earlier today. Eggs with avocado PERFECT :D

Yep. One of my faves, a couple fried eggs with a half an avacado filled with low sodium cottage cheese. Yes, it's great.

I'm on it! Sounds disgusting. But as they say in the movies, it's so crazy it just might work.

It’s one of those things that my dad ate as I was growing up. I think the recipe came out of an old Betty Crocker cookbook.

The plaid cookbook? My mom always had that in the kitchen.

Avocado use to almost make me throw up. My aunts in Chile used to make me toast with avocado spread, and caffeine con leche (coffee & milk), for breakfast and I dreaded it. I was freaking 8. But my same-age cousins gobbled it up.

But now I really like avocado and can easily deal with cottage cheese. Looking forward to this protein packed powerhouse you suggest.
