Right now i am on my way to a meeting and thinking, is this shit really important or making a difference as i drive past the children's hospital thinking maybe just maybe i am missing the big picture.

I almost want to sell everything and move to Montana on 200 acres and fly fish and go to school and be a Chaplain for a children's hospital.
