I noticed when it's time for me to take my dosages of the valacyclovir, when it's close to the time the ear pressure and off balance seems worse? Does that mean my body is dependent on it? This is so confusing and I'm still not feeling better. Maybe it's because of benzo withdrawal. I'm so overwhelmed with my condition right now.

I never experienced that with antivirals. How long has you been taking them? Are there any othr things that might be at work at the same time? Ie is it after dinner (sodium) or after breakfast (caffeine). Anything like that?

Benzo withdrawal has to be done strictly and monitored by your Dr.

I hope you didn't just stop. Because "IMO" that could definitely be playing a part.

If I'm not mistaken others here got worse before they got better. Hope is everything.

When I wake up in the morning it happens before I'm ready to take the first dosage. I haven't eaten anything yet. Then when I do eat something the pressure is worse. I'm all messed up from benzo withdrawal and I believe it played on my Mienere's big time.

I was tapered of by my old doctor too quickly I found out and I've been very sick for a while now. It really messed up my ears and balance horribly. Having Mienere's probably made it worse for me.
