I've learned sometimes it's not to speak unless spoken to and then in the shortest form possible.

 

That I shouldn't play golf when I have shit in my head!

I learned there really is such a thing as good and evil in this world. I also learned that as I get older I really don't like cold weather.

 

I learned it's a very rewarding experience to help an 84 year old woman in the bed next to me.

Hey Fair, 72 here. Crazy

I learned that I can't do as much as I thought I could without paying a heavy price.
I'm off my feet for tomorrow. Hubs is coming from work early. He says I need someone to watch over me because I have no common sense. LMAO after 37 years he should have known that already!

But really, I'm hurting. I took a pain pill, still from hospital script because I don't take one every four hours, and it's been an hour and it hasn't kicked in. I wish I could just fall asleep not to deal with this shit.

I'm also getting all medical records on the advice of my attorney, see how that plays out. Some Drs shouldn't be allowed to do a procedure to clear up a problem and create another one causing their patient weeks of pain.

I learned that the 4.00 basket purse I purchased at the thrift store is dated from the 1960's and worth 30 to 50 dollars

I learned that Karen is a thrifty shopper and likes some of the same things I do.

 

It's a lot more fun decorating for Christmas than it is taking everything down and putting it away.
