on this cold and wet day i really want a grilled cheese and some gumbo or chili. My problem is the wife is working late, SIL is working late and i have zero idea how make either one, except the grilled cheese. May grab the cookbook with dust on it and see if has a good Chili recipe.

I enjoyed a nice salad and Lasagna at Olive Garden with the boys while SIL, Mom and wife went to see the new Bond movie. It was delicious!!!

Yesterday hubs and daughter bought food that they can cook.
And the most delicious roast beef and roasted turkey cold cuts and tomatoes, and fresh rye bread because I could live on those and be happy.

    1/2 a sandwich though.
I didn't even lose 1 pound on a liquid diet, lol.

Maybe even a slice of coconut custard pie.
It feels so good to eat real food but I'm still watching my dies per Drs orders.

My mom, wife and SIL took the boys up to see a Rodeo at Clemson in SC. Talk about 3 of most out of place people in the world, but the boys wanted to go so they took them up for the day and night of fun and relaxation.

so i am the only one here today (Saturday and Sunday) I will watch football, do some xmas shopping and have my brother and best friend David over this evening for some wings and pizza and watch the games.

I hear ya, dinner at times does seem repetitive and same old same old. The one drawback about living in Atlanta is there is no salt water and I really miss good Fresh Seafood.
