It was my intention to make Beef Stew today but that was just wishful thinking. I think today will be a Pizza day since the Pizza place is right next to the pharmacy. IF they get it together and have my scripts ready. Now what to put on the Pizza?
Kids have karate practice tonight so i can confidently say we (the boys and i) will be having mexican, the restaurant is right next to the karate studio. Beverage will be water with a lemon.
Subway footlong Tuna on white with lettuce, tomato, pickles and black olives. Bag of baked lays and a sweet tea. It was delicious for eating in the car.
I bought some black bean burgers from Costco today and grilled one for dinner topped with lettuce, tomato and onion on a bun with ketchup. Oh man, it was delicious. All washed down with an Atlanta cocktail (water with lemon)!
