Everyday Heroes Concert. Proceeds contributed.
It's going to be a blast. My daughter backed out on me and I thought it would be a nice mother/daughter day. I'm bringing my son. I'm probably going to have a great time. He's never been to our concerts on the beach and we can talk a lot.'Budweiser is a supporter so you can Buy that on the beach. I'll get there by two. We're bringing subs. I'm bringing drinks. He's never seen me at a concert. He's in for a big surprise, lol.

I have never really tried meditation. Don't they say to empty your mind? Maybe that would feel good.
