Overweight then. Monday we start again and this time I'm setting a weekly goal.

The first thing that comes to mind is very nice.

 

I'm still considered over weight too at my weight and height but when I get down to what the charts say is normal for me I look sick. I'm fine with losing ten more pounds and calling it quits for the diet. That will be a total loss of 120 pounds in a year and a half. We start fresh this week. No more double doozie cookies. lol
