fatigue, stress, being sick are triggers for many of us. anything that weakens the immune system will trigger MM symptoms AFAIK.

Just catching up here after a few busy days. Great news about the fullness, hearing, and optimism. Yikes about the vertigo. Did the Epley maneuver help? Do you still need that link?

And all I have lately is lack of sleep and stress. I'm really getting convinced now that the stress from work is causing or at least aggravating my symptoms.

This is one of those sentences where punctuation might have helped us all get the same meaning. But since i am a prime offender in the lack of punctuation in posts, i am not in a position to comment. ;D

So......I am thinking that valacyclovir is the BOMB!!!

I have been clear eared for a while now and no vertigo/dizziness for four Days!!!!

I started with this thread, "What's Worse?"

Maybe I won't have to be asking that question anymore. I am clear eared and no vertigo/Dizziness!

Yeahyah!! That's what I'm talking about!!! Whoooohoooo!!!

I still have some tinnitus but it is certainly a lot better. I can play my guitar, bass drum, cymabals (HI-Hat), harmonica and sing without putting in an ear plug (acoustically ,of course.) I am so happy!!! Wheeee!!!!

    Good Health to All

Congrats Santa. That is great news. I am glad that the valacylovir is working for you. I know that taking it my ear has been clearer than it had been for the 2+ years prior; and so far, no major vertigo attacks. There are a few "off" days and on those I take an extra pill and so far so good. Amazing how we appreciate the small things now...like an ear without the constant pressure!

Happy to hear this ! Remember, there will be occasional setbacks. Just keep looking at the overall trend and keep going when that happens.

Yes acyclovir is the BOMB! After a initial 3 day visit in positional spinning, that has passed without doing anything and my ear is more clear than its been in who knows how long!

    Wahoooooooo!!!!!!

My spunk, energy and optimism is at an all time high and I get another hearing test in a couple of weeks too just to get the scientific evidence to support this protocol.

    Big Love to everyone HEAR!

OOPS! I messed up. I think.

I drank a cup of coffee Wednesday night for band practice and Thurs afternoon I felt a hint of vertigo/dizziness coming on. I popped in a 5mg of valium and in 10 minutes I was ok. I don't know if I needed the valium or not.

Friday was a great day. Pretty clear ear and no vertigo/dizziness. Last night in order to stay up late and have fun with my wife we had a cup of coffee.

This morning my ear is quite full. I can just barely hear my fingers rubbing next to my ear.

Coffee is definitely off my list for good.

Today is my first "Santa" gig. I am the lead "Santa" at Tallahassee's Bass Pro Shop. I arrive in a boat like in the commercial. I have to give a speech to a large crowd on a stage in front of the store before going in to open up "Santa's Wonderland!"

    Happy Healthy Day to All

    Hollyflo and nicmger,

Has been busy with work to reply.

The thing about my sleeping hours, I find it hard to sleep more than 6 hours nowadays as I am a light sleeper, anything after that would be like a struggle.

I don't think a few days of few hours of sleep for me would be the trigger, but around 2 weeks of accumulated of short sleep would most likely be the trigger.

I think my trigger point for the past one year could be the accumulated toxic of alcohol and smoking and unhealthy lifestyle for the past many years before that.
