Hello there. Just joined. Would love to see if these two things work? Has anybody had an experience with it? And what dosage do you take? Thank you! Gina

I was VERY fortunate to be able to get a/v prescribed. I am on valcyclovir (valtrex) and dosage is per the established protocol. I was on the load (3x1000) dose for 2 months. Then tapered to 2x for a month. Maintenance of 1 day.

I highly recommend trying anti-virals if you are fortunate to have a doctor agree to try.

    I agree!

I have been vertigo free for 13 months and I give credit to valacyclovir. There are many other things that also help. Everything on JOHs Regimen is good for you.
Pycnogenal is also know as OPC. OPC is incredible for opening your circulatory system. If you are on blood thinner your legs get a rash-like-looking redness. However; the OPC will clear out the redness

Many OPC products are better than others. I am going to look up some posts I made on OPC and see what brand I was using. I haven't used it for a while and that redness is coming back. Time to start wearing shorts again Gonna start taking it again
