    Tonight it is:

    Caesar Salad with Salmon on top and Bowl of New England Clam Chowder.

    Tonight it is so cold I am just going to get a Large Decaf Latte with Skim Milk for the way home and have a bowl of chicken noodle soup with a few cheese and crackers when I get home.

    Salad with O&V dressing, yellow rice and grilled chicken breast (touch of BBQ sauce)
    Large water with lemon!

    It was delicious!

    Last night it was grilled chicken with salad and wild rice and a glass of white wine.

    Tonight it will be salmon with plain baked potato and asparagus with a large glass of water.

    Yummy, I love lentil soup. Delicious stuff!

    Pot roast with potato's, carrots, onions and mushrooms. I enjoyed it.

    Red, I love it.

    Just had a turkey burger and Mac N Cheese with the kids and a glass of whit wine.
    It was delicious.

    Costco is great, I eat lunch there maybe 3 times a week.
    Their pizza, chicken Caesar salad and Hot Dog with a coke is out of this world. Follow it up with a yogurt swirl and you cannot beat it.


    Tonight I am having a chicken breast, mixed green salad wih O/V dressing and plain baked potato.

    I bought some potato salad from Publix today, so tonight I am going to make myself.

    2 Hebrew National HotDogs with relish, katchup and spicy mustard with a large scoop of potato Salad.
