What's for lunch?

    ham, cheese and tomato sandwich and a banana

    Catfish fillet on heaps of red leaf lettuce with sliced avocado, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, a dash of olive oil and some rice vinegar as dressing. Granny Smith apple after that. I'm stuffed :-X

    Turkey and avocado wrap.

    chicken breast, blackberries, lettuce, carrots, broccoli, almonds.

    Huge plate of collard greens (June :D ), zucchini with sundried tomatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts and tilapia.

    2 hard boiled eggs, red leaf salad, avocado, blueberries and blackberries.

    Pureed tomato soup. Had a wisdom tooth extracted painful to eat.

    Beetroot salad with a homemade vinegar free honey mustard dressing

    Pork chop. sauteed kale, brown rice with zucchini and a Granny Smith apple.

    Horsebean and cucumber salad with tahini dressing. Served with some gluten free polenta bread. :)

    Baby spinach adn cucumber salad. Grilled chicken breast. Avocado.

    I never had horsebean I believe. They appear to be high in tyramine. Hopefully thats not an issue. Sounds good though.

    I really want a Vitamix so I can make more stuff for lunch.

    Mixed baby greens and arugula salad with avocado and fennel. Sundried tomato hummus on the side with the sweetest, tartest blueberries for dessert. I could it again for dinner.

    Had to go into the city yesterday.It was unavoidable.On my way to my appointment I noticed an Australian pie shop.Never heard of such a thing.So I stopped in for lunch. I had 2 feta cheese and sausage rolls with an excellent cup of coffee.They had meat pies there too.Maybe next time.

    Tuna and a huge salad with lots of vegetables and slivered almonds.

    Thinking stir fried mung beans with tempeh, broccoli, harissa and Greek yogurt.
