Just picked up all of my JOH vitamins except for 1. Having problems finding Lemon Bioflavonoids, can you use Citrus Bioflavonoids? The citrus version uses 3 different citrus peels. Going to switch from CERC to the JOH regimen, the CERC helps with the fluid issues but not the brain fog and tinnitus.
Yes, authentic lemon bioflavonoids are now difficult to procure; not sold by the original vendor. Simply go with the rest of the regimen; delete the lemon bioflavonoids. Many in recent years have encountered this problem and go forward, successfully, with the rest of the regimen. And, no, generalized 'citrus bioflavonoids' don't work for Meniere's. Of course, the key, most important component of the regimen is the lysine; with its ability to complicate and disable viral replication. --John of Ohio
Hi John, Thank you for the reply. One more question for you, the Gingko Extract, do you recommend a liquid form or capsule. I did notice capsules that said from extract... what works best? Thank you for your patience, I'm sure you've been asked this same question many times over the years.
I’m going to assume that you’re in Canada based on your name. Lemon Bioflavonoids - the type that’s in John’s regimen aren’t sold in Canada. I got mine through Nutrition Express.
Nature's Life, Bioflavonoïdes, 1000 mg, 250 comprimés You can't get these in Canada? I've read somewhere that these are good or maybe I'm wrong?
I get mine (I'm in Canada) from Piping Rock who will ship here: Lemon Bioflavonoid Complex, 700 mg, 120 Capsules | PipingRock Health Products
Yes, the lemon bioflavonoid product described in the original version of my Meniere's treatment regimen has become difficult to impossible to procure. No, "citrus bioflavonoids" don't work to reduce tinnitus. Simply, use the regimen without the lemon bioflavonoids. This site will describe the current, most up to date version of the regimen: JOH (John of Ohio) Regimen for Meniere's Disease details --John of Ohio
I bought a product from Amazon called "Tinnicare" that has actual Eriodictyol Glycoside in the product
